Your examination
What to expect, step by step

You stand at the machine and rest your chin on a small support; a bite guide helps you hold position.
- 02
The camera sweeps around your head in about 15 seconds - you simply stay still.
- 03
Earrings, dentures, hairpins and glasses are removed so they don't shadow the image.
- 04
The image is reviewed and reported; many patients carry it straight to their dentist.
Preparation
Before you come
No preparation is needed. Remove earrings, necklaces, hairpins, glasses and removable dentures just before the scan.
